How much does delivery cost?

For orders Over $100 FREE Standard DELIVERY to all Australian addresses.

For orders Under $100 - $10 STANDARD shipping cost.

For Express Delivery - $15  shipping cost

 

Will you deliver internationally?

Yes, we can, but we will need you to email us at: shop@absofab.com.au prior to placing your order. You will need to provide us with your address and we will get back to you as soon as possible with an expected delivery cost.

I live overseas, Can I purchase gifts online and have them delivered to my family in Australia?

Yes, you can use your credit card to make your purchase through Pay-Pal and have the gifts delivered to an Australian address.

 

Can the billing and delivery address differ?

Yes, at the checkout you have the option of including a seperate billing address and delivery address.

 

How long will my order take?

We aim to ship your order the same day providing the order is received by 2pm. We ship by Australia Post, and actual delivery time will vary depending on your location. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee next day delivery due to third party handling (Australia Post) but we will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible. Deliveries to Western Australia and Tasmania can take up to 4 days. Please allow extra time for Australia Post to deliver your parcel at busy times like Christmas and Easter.

 

I need it fast!

If you have a deadline or a special event we strongly recommend that you email us at shop@absofab.com.au and we will endeavour to do the best we can. This guarantees that your order will ship the same day (when placed before 2pm). Extra charges may apply to large orders that require and Express service.

 

My order is 'On Hold', what does this mean?

'On Hold' means that your order has been sent to our dispatch team and is being prepared for shipping.

 

Can I add extra items to my order?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to add further items to it, even if it has not yet been shipped.

 

An item I wish to purchase is out of stock. When will it be available again?

The next availability of the stock will depend on the item and the reason why its become temporarily unavailable. If you are interested in multiple quantities please feel free to email us at: shop@absofab.com.au so we can make a special customer order just for you.

 

Can you hold items for me until everything I want is in stock?

We cannot hold products. We have a very wide product range and it is sometimes not possible to have all items in stock at the same time. If some of the items you wish to purchase are unavailable, please place seperate orders.

 

What payment methods do you accept over the online shop?

We only accept Paypal online as we believe this is the most secure way for our customers to enjoy shopping online.

 

Do you offer lay-by?

At present we do not offer lay-by.

 

If my purchase is a gift, will the recipient know how much I spent on them?

No- We remove all price tags and the tax email is sent directly to the email address you registered with us.

 

I've changed my mind. How do I return an item from my order?

You are welcome to return items in their original packaging within 5 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please ship by registered post to Absolutely Fabulous, PO Box 62, NEW FARM QLD 4005 with a copy of your invoice.Please note you are responsible for the postage cost for returning the item to us. We will send you a store credit for the cost of the item. Items purchased in our sale are non refundable.

Our returns policy does not include:

Stud earrings, used or worn items or items outside of the 5 days of purchased date.

 

I received a damaged item. What now?

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us for details of how to return your item for a replacement or refund. Please note that we are unable to refund on items which have small variations in colour and pattern or are sale items.

 

I received a faulty item. What now?

We want all our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item please let us know: shop@absofab.com.au. Please include as many details as possible and we will resolve the issue for you.

 

What happens to 'return to sender' parcels?

Please take care to enter the correct address details when you order. If a parcel comes back to us marked 'return to sender' we charge a $15 re-posting fee to send it to you again.

 

Why have I received two emails from you after placing an order?

Don't worry; your order has not been duplicated! The first email confirms your order. The second is a tax invoice, for your records. You will also receive a third email when your order has shipped.

 

Can I contact you by phone?

We prefer you to email us at: info@absofab.com.au for several reasons: firstly, email is more efficient and frees up our staff's time to pick and pack your order as quickly as possible. Secondly, email means that we have a full record of your query to refer to should we (or you) need to in the future.

 

Does the store have all of the items from your online store?

Our store has a different mix from the online store, including exclusive in-store only products such as; our one-off vintage furniture, homewares and Australian designed clothing. If you don't live close by and want a sneak peak of our store and special vintage pieces we'd love for you to visit our Instagram absofabstore or Facebook page

 

Please note the following special terms and conditions during our sale period:

Sale orders may take up to 14 days for shipping (plus Australia Post delivery time to your destination). This includes express post orders.

Each order is treated separately. If you place more than one order we can't combine shipping. Your order cannot be amended once you have place and paid for it.

You can still buy our full-priced items in the same order as your sale items.

Sorry no rainchecks.

In the unlikely event we run out of an item you have ordered, we will refund you for it and ship the other items in your order.

Sale items can't be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

We can not offer sale prices after the sale ends, even if you miss out due to technical difficulties or other queries.

Due to high traffic we may be unable to respond to queries within the same working day during the sale period. Please don't order unless you are certain of a product as we can't refund on this basis. Similarity, if you ask us a question and we are unable to get back to you until after the sale ends, unfortunately we can not offer you the lower price.
